AXIRYA · Hool Labs

- Layered parallax depth
Yamabe · 山辺 Distillery
A speculative single-malt whisky house, told as a magazine. Stage-curtain page loader that lifts to reveal a hero with layered parallax depth, a pinned cooperage horizontal scroll telling the cask life cycle, and a pinned Time section where four eras crossfade behind a static bottle. Built with Next.js, GSAP and Lenis.

Heath & Hollow
A speculative concept for a UK residential landscape design studio. Stage-curtain page loader lifts to reveal a hero with layered atmospheric depth — drifting fern fronds, sage and gold orbs, soft golden-hour mist. A pinned showcase scrubs through four years of a single Cotswolds garden, watching it grow from bare earth to fully matured. Built with Next.js, GSAP and Lenis.

The Roper · East London Barbershop
A speculative concept for an East London barbershop on Pollard Row. Sideways-sliding stage-curtain loader hands off to a hero with a straight razor floating in front of an oversized THE ROPER wordmark — depth from mix-blend lighten, drifting embers and warm haze. A pinned horizontal scroll scrubs through five signature cuts at 78vh tall, then a live OPEN NOW indicator pulses on the Visit panel. Built with Next.js, GSAP and Lenis.

Slow Press · Specialty Coffee
A speculative concept for a UK specialty coffee brand. Oversized kinetic wordmark fills the viewport on first paint, scrubbing down as you scroll to reveal a pinned bag drop — three single-origin coffees (Ethiopia, Colombia, Sumatra) presented as chromakeyed transparent PNGs layered on a cream UI. Typography does the heavy lifting; product photography is the second voice. Built with Next.js, GSAP and Lenis.
