I’m Demian — founder, lead designer, and the person who writes your code. I started ClearPath because the gap between what independent businesses need and what most agencies deliver kept getting wider.
Agencies sell process and overhead. Freelancers sell hours. Both can leave you with a site that looks decent but doesn’t actually convert. ClearPath exists to close that gap — bespoke websites built quickly, designed to bring you customers, and priced honestly with no upfront risk.

Your domain, your hosting, your code. We hand it over the moment we launch — no hostage situations, no monthly platform fees you can’t escape.

A 30-minute conversation, not a brief.
We learn your business, your customers, and your goals. By the end of the call, you know whether we're a fit and what you'd be paying. No follow-up brochures, no contracts in sight.
Asset checklist + contracts.
Within an hour of saying yes, you get one email with our standard contracts and a clear list of what we need from you — logo, photos, copy, opening hours. Sign and send everything in one round-trip.
We build.
Bespoke design, written from scratch, no templates. While we work, your project sits at a private staging URL on our domain. You don't see it yet — we want your first impression to be the polished version.
First preview.
You get the staging URL, click around, see it on your phone. Two rounds of revisions are included — send feedback as a single email and we turn each round around within 24 hours.
You approve. We invoice.
Reply "approved" and the invoice fires from Stripe. This is the first and only payment for the build. Pay by card from your phone in under a minute.
Launch.
We point your domain at the new site, confirm SSL, run a final smoke test, and email you the keys. From that moment, you own the site, the code, and the domain.
Optional ongoing care.
If you signed up to the care plan, we run a monthly health check, handle minor edits, and stay on call for anything that breaks. If not, you have a self-contained site with no recurring fees.

One price for the build, two optional tiers for ongoing care. No quotes that arrive in a week, no tiers hidden behind discovery calls. If your project genuinely needs more (e-commerce, member portals, custom integrations), we'll quote that separately on the discovery call — but most independent businesses never do.

You don't pay for the build until you've reviewed and approved the live preview.
Care plans start after launch. Cancel any time with 30 days notice. Out-of-scope work quoted separately at £100/hour.
